Non-profit club founded in 2004 and governed by CHRVA / USA Volleyball. During the 2025-2026 season it fielded 39 teams (32 girls, 7 boys) for athletes ages 10-18 across the DC and Baltimore metro areas, and operates its own 11-court practice facility.
